Terms of service
Updated: 30 September 2026. By creating an account or placing an order on Kerrax, you agree to the terms below.
1. The service
Kerrax resells accounts and upgrades for digital services (video, music, AI assistants, design, learning). Every product page states the plan duration, how you receive it and the warranty period.
We do not own and are not affiliated with the underlying services. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what we sell.
2. Your account
- Sign up with an email address and a phone number; the email is confirmed with a 6-digit code. The account is created only after you enter the correct code.
- Your details must be your own and reachable — we contact you on this email and phone number when an order has a problem.
- You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done from your account. If you suspect it leaked, change it and contact support right away.
- One account per person. Opening several accounts to get around purchase or warranty limits may get them locked.
3. Prices and ordering
- Prices are shown in VND and are final.
- A cart holds at most 20 lines. Some plans allow only one item per line (add several lines, each with its own recipient email); others allow 1–999.
- Products upgraded on your own account require the recipient email. A wrong email is the most common reason an order ends up unusable, and that case is not refundable (see the refund policy).
- Prices can change at any time. If a price changes between the moment you view it and the moment you pay, we show the new price and wait for you to confirm — we never charge the new price silently.
- If a product sells out after you paid, the money goes back to your wallet.
4. Payment
- Three ways to pay: bank transfer via VietQR (payOS gateway), USDT via Binance Pay, or pay from your wallet balance.
- Each payment code has its own amount, receiving account and transfer content, and is valid for 15 minutes. It always collects the full cart total; it does not deduct your existing wallet balance. The balance can only be used when it covers the whole order.
- Each account may have at most 3 payments pending at the same time.
- Scanning the VietQR code pre-fills the amount and content. When transferring manually you must enter the exact transfer content of the code; wrong content is not recognised automatically — contact support with your payment code and we credit your wallet by hand after checking the bank statement.
- Transferred too little: what you sent goes to your wallet; transfer the remainder (same account, same content) before the code expires. Transferred too much: the extra goes to your wallet.
- You must pay from your own bank account. Paying with money that is not yours is prohibited under section 9.
- Transferred after the code expired: the money still goes to your wallet, but the order is cancelled — place a new one.
- Binance Pay: you must send EXACTLY the USDT amount shown, in USDT, via Binance Pay, to the Binance ID on the payment page. If you send the wrong amount (too little or too much), the wrong coin, an on-chain withdrawal or any other method, we do not refund to Binance and are not responsible for the difference or any lost funds. A wrong-amount transfer is also not credited to your wallet, and the order is not paid. Only a transaction for exactly the payment code's USDT amount is accepted.
- When verifying a Binance transaction you must enter the Binance UID of the account that sent the money. If the UID does not match the sender, the transaction is not accepted.
5. Wallet
- The wallet pays for orders and receives every refund.
- Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn.
- Wallet top-up is not open yet. Your balance comes from overpaid or late transfers, order refunds and our adjustments.
- Every wallet movement is listed in your wallet history.
6. Orders that need a manual check
Some orders are reviewed by our team before delivery: carts of 1,000,000₫ or more, and products marked "Needs confirmation" on the product page. The checkout page always tells you beforehand if your order falls into this case.
Such an order waits at most 24 hours. If we have not processed it by then, the money is refunded to your wallet automatically.
7. Delivery
- Instant products: the account appears on your order page right after payment.
- 5–30 min products: we activate the service on the email you provide; the order page updates when it is done.
- Delivered details are only visible on the site after you log in (Orders → pick the order → Show). Our emails only tell you an order was delivered and link to it — they never contain passwords or activation codes.
- If we are temporarily out of stock, the order stays in processing for at most 12 hours; after that the money is refunded to your wallet.
8. Warranty
- The warranty length is stated on each product; the exact expiry date is shown on your order page.
- While it is valid and the account fails: press Report a problem on the order page and describe the issue.
- We handle each case individually: replace the account, refund to your wallet, or decline with a reason.
- A replacement account keeps the original order's warranty expiry date; it does not restart.
- No warranty if you change the password or email of the account we supplied, share it with other people, break the underlying service's terms, or report the problem after the warranty expired.
9. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an order as long as it has not been sent for processing. Every refund goes to your wallet. Details in the refund policy.
10. Reviews
Each delivered order can be reviewed once (1–5 stars with a comment). We may hide reviews containing personal data, purchased account details, spam, advertising or abusive language.
11. Prohibited use
- Paying with money that is not yours, or using someone else's wallet.
- Warranty fraud: false problem reports, deliberately breaking an account to demand a replacement.
- Reselling or publicly sharing purchased account details where the product does not allow it.
- Scanning, attacking or overloading the system, or automating orders outside the interface we provide.
If you break these rules we may lock your account (stating the reason), hold undelivered orders for verification, and refuse service.
If you open a bank dispute or chargeback instead of contacting support, we lock the account and deduct the corresponding amount from your wallet.
12. Limitation of liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of your order and to the warranty in section 8.
- We are not liable for indirect damage: data lost on the underlying service account, work interruption, lost profit.
- We are not liable for funds you send incorrectly via Binance Pay (wrong amount, wrong coin, wrong method, wrong recipient) — see section 4.
- The underlying service may change its policy or lock an account for its own reasons. When that happens within the warranty period, we handle it under section 8.
13. Service interruptions
We may stop taking new orders for maintenance or when a supplier has an outage. Orders you already paid for are still processed; anything we cannot deliver is refunded to your wallet.
14. Support
Telegram and Discord (8:00–23:00 daily) or email [email protected]. Include your order code (OD…) for a faster answer.
15. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; a new version takes effect on the date shown at the top and applies to orders placed after it. These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are settled first by negotiation through our support channels.
